A flurry of homes pop up for sale in Marana

Several homes in the town of Marana have popped up for sale in the past couple of days. Each of the houses is listed between $100,000 and $145,000.

One such home, consisting of two bedrooms, is listed at exactly $100,000, with the description hailing it as a "great investment opportunity for seasoned and new investors!" 

The next cheapest home of the bunch is a three bedroom, two bathroom home that's going for $120,000 and has recently been redone. Among the updates include "new vinyl floors, new roof, tiled showers, kitchen backsplash, countertops, bathroom vanities, and interior/exterior paint."

Then there's a slightly more expensive two bedroom home that's going for a shade under $140,000. Per the listing, the property features the following: "Turn-key with new: flooring, light fixtures, bathroom vanities, brushed nickel fixtures, new HVAC, new roof, dual pane windows, and so much more beautiful finishes throughout."

The last of the houses to pop up in the current batch of listings is a high-end, recently remodeled house consisting of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is going for $144,900. Citing an array of "beautiful finishes throughout," this property stands out because of the spacious setup, both inside the house and out- and because the current owner is a licensed agent.
