Fresh and Exciting Chinese Food: Asian Spice Restaurant
Asian Spice Restaurant’s motto and goal is to bring you the freshest and most delicious food. Their 4.5 rating on TripAdvisor would indicate they are hitting both of those marks.
China born Executive Chef Phillip Tan learned the difficult art of providing delicious and artful foods at the young age of 18, and brings with him the traditions of his ancestors. Chef Tan completed his formal culinary training in China, and then expanded on that training at the five star Nantai hotel in Shenzehn, China. Tan’s goal in life was to open his own restaurant, where he could be a pioneer in promoting the enjoyment and appreciation for authentic Chinese food.
Chef Tan and his wife Joyce planned and saved to open this restaurant, while expanding on their experience in the Tucson food community.
Asian Spice Restaurant puts a unique twist on Chinese food With the infusion of the fresh and the savory, you are sure to find a dish on their menu that you will love and come back for. They start with only the freshest of ingredients, and stir fry up some of the greatest foods that will delight your eyes and your taste buds.
They’re dishes are all MSG free, use less oil in their preparation, and offer the choice of brown or white rice.
Asian Spice is open Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Saturday and Sunday hours are from Noon to 8:30 PM. Please note that the dining room closes at 8:00 PM every day.
