Brews and Batting Cages: Home Plate Marana

If you can’t wait for baseball season, or just want a beer or two, or both, Home Plate Marana is the place to go. Out on the back patio you will find 7 batting cages. There are 3 fast pitch baseball cages, 2 fast pitch softball cages, and 2 slow pitch softball cages to enjoy and hone your skills at the plate.

On the front patio they have multiple fire pits, a “regulation” beer pong table, boards to play corn hole, and plenty of seating. There is also a high definition tv on the patio to catch the game. Cage costs range from 12 balls for a dollar to one hour for $30.

Inside there is plentiful seating at low top tables, high top tables and booths. 20 HDTVs, including the one on the patio are tuned to all the games on at the time. Home plate offers 16 (mostly craft) beers on tap, and 30 beers available in cans and bottles. During Happy Hour (2-6, Monday through Friday) domestic beers are $1 off.

Home Plate Marana offers take out, but not delivery. There is plenty of seating inside and out, with booths, low top tables and high tops. This seating is also available for parties and corporate events.
