Calling The Shots Since 1981: Putney's Pitstop

Putney’s Pitstop Sports Bar and Grill has been calling the shots on the Tucson bar scene since 1981. There’s no better place to enjoy a drink, a bite to eat, and have a great time out.

There are so many pennants hung near the ceiling all around the bar, you’ll be hard pressed to find your favorite team, but it is fun to search.

Among the regular activities at Putney’s you will find Karaoke two or three nights a week, an Open Mic Comedy Night on Mondays and a very popular Fireball Friday.

Putney’s entertains a large group of regulars who are welcoming to new clients. Lunch and dinner times can get a little crowded at Putney’s, so take that into consideration. Putney’s does feature numerous high top tables, 2 bars, pool tables, shuffleboard, 20 TVs to catch your game or even a UFC match and a cozy little corner with comfortable furniture.

Open Monday through Sunday from 11 AM to 2 AM, with a Happy Hour Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 7 PM. Putney’s has ten beers on tap, and a selection of other drinks, like White Claws, etc., and their ratings on Google, Tripadvisor, Foursquare and others are all solid.

While not in Marana proper, Putney’s is just a short drive down I-10 to Orange Grove, then east to Oracle and South on Oracle to two miles south of Oro Valley.
